Community Development Fund

The Community Development Fund was established to fund charitable affordable housing organizations and projects that support low- to moderate-income communities in Utah.

Our Goals

These funds are targeted to provide operational funding for nonprofit organizations with sustainable business models that require one-time operational grants for emergency or growth funding and focus on affordable housing.

Be Part of the Impact!

You can get involved by attending one of our events or donating to the Community Development Fund.

  • It's easy. You receive immediate tax deductions for your contributions. We accept gifts of stock, real estate, or other complex assets.
  • It's flexible. You can be certain that your gifts will support Utah in perpetuity, even as our state's most pressing needs change.
  • It's efficient. Your contributions are pooled with others, creating greater collective giving power.
  • It's impactful. We provide assistance identifying high-impact not-for-profits and monitoring how grants are used, ensuring that your support has the greatest community impact possible.
