How It Works
Pay for Success is an innovative funding model that focuses on relieving homelessness and recidivism in Utah. Pay for Success connects social programs with government resources so they can share their services with the people who need them most.
In Pay for Success projects, Utah nonprofits are selected to deliver high quality preventative programs with targeted community outcomes. Mission-driven investors cover the upfront costs of delivering these programs. If the predetermined goals of the project are achieved the government repays those who made the original investment for programs that have effectively addressed community issues.
