Megan Connelly

Community Impact Manager

Megan joined the Community Foundation in September 2021 after more than a decade in higher education and the nonprofit sector. At Cornell University, she served as the Director of High Road Policy and Engaged Learning at the ILR School where she taught and provided experiential learning opportunities for students around economic development and the social economy. She previously worked as the Director of Policy Advancement for the Partnership for the Public Good, a nonprofit think tank in Buffalo, NY.

Megan is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School. She believes that her own service experiences as an undergraduate at the University of Notre Dame helped to shape her values, interests and ultimately, her career path in community change work. When not learning everything she can about her new community, you can find Megan on the tennis court or spoiling her dogs.
